How much is delivery?

A standard shipping rate of $9.99 Australia-wide for orders $30 and under.

A standard shipping rate of $12.99 Australia-wide for orders $60 and under.

​

A standard shipping rate of $24.99 Australia-wide for orders $60 and over .

FREE local delivery is also available for orders on the Central Coast NSW [Please see Local Delivery FAQ below].

Generally, Australia Post is used for most orders, however, another carrier or courier company may be used for regional locations or for orders exceeding 5kg.

Busy Little Bosses only delivers orders to a valid registered address located within Australia and we do not offer international delivery.

How does my order ship?

We ship all our orders via registered tracking through Australia Post. In some cases, for larger or heavier orders over 5kgs, your order may be dispatched via a courier company. Please note that as the courier services are road delivery services, deliveries may take a little longer to arrive.

On occasion, Busy Little Bosses may send orders in previously used shipping/cardboard boxes, rather than buying new ones. This is an environmental initiative, and we ensure that the used boxes are still strong and sturdy to protect your products.

How do I track my order?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You will receive a dispatch email containing your order information and tracking website address. The dispatch email will contain a tracking number to track your order. You will be able to track your order through the Australia Post/courier online system.

Orders will be dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon placing an online order. Please note, following public holidays, orders will be dispatched within 72 hours of placing an order. You will receive an order confirmation outlining your purchase. Orders typically take 2-5 business days to reach their Australian destination once they leave our headquarters on the Central Coast NSW. The time to deliver the parcel will vary depending on your location relative to us, in line with standard Australia Post delivery times. Larger/heavier items that are dispatched via a Courier Service can take a little longer to arrive, as can any orders shipped to regional or remote locations.

Do you post internationally?

No - unfortunately, we can only ship to registered Australian addresses.

Can the billing address be different from the mailing address?

Yes - at the online checkout page you have the option of including a separate billing address and delivery address. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.

If you enter an incorrect address, Busy Little Bosses is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense.

What happens if I don’t receive my item/I receive an incorrect order?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order or receive the incorrect order, please contact us at busylittlebosses@hotmail.com with your order details (order number, items purchased, shipping address), and we will look into it accordingly.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order, provided that the order has not been dispatched by Busy Little Bosses. Please note that most of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours of placement. If the order has been dispatched, you can return the goods once you receive them, however all postage costs in relation to the cancellation are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that the goods must be returned in the original, unopened, un-used saleable condition. Refunds can only be issued to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.

Can I exchange or return my order?

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return the purchased item/s to us within 30 days of the date of purchase to exchange for another product or for a full refund of the purchase price (no refund on postage). Valid proof of purchase is required. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the items to Busy Little Bosses.

 

Returned items must be received in original, unopened/unused condition and packaged such that transit damage does not occur. If returned goods are received in unsellable condition, then your return may not be processed. There are no returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items. Send an email to busylittlebosses@hotmail.com to confirm the mailing address for returning or exchanging items.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return and refund request to be processed. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original purchasing credit card or PayPal account.
