Behind The Bags

Busy Little Bosses 1 (1).png

Hi! My name is Tom and I'm the founder/owner of Busy Little Bosses – We’re all about providing screen-free creativity for busy families on the go, through our versatile activity bags.

The inspiration behind creating our activity bags is from the countless hours I've spent in waiting rooms ahead of medical appointments – I have Cerebral Palsy Quadriplegia, a condition I was born with that means I cannot walk or talk. I noticed that a lot of other children were immediately asking for their parent’s phone or tablet so they could keep themselves occupied with a screen. Instead of constantly staying amused through electronics, I wanted to create an affordable screen-free alternative that my own niece and nephew would have plenty of fun with while sitting in the waiting room, the backseat of the car or at home. With the help of my family, Busy Little Bosses was brought to life in early 2020 from our home on the Central Coast NSW.

Why Choose Busy Little Bosses?

At Busy Little Bosses, it is our mission to provide screen-free children’s activities through:

  • A wide range of activities for both boys and girls, suitable for ages 3-13.

  • A focus on quality, durable products that can be easily transported and packed away.

  • Combining playtime with innovative products that stimulate early developmental skills.

Every bag on offer is designed with active, growing families in mind – There’s a variety of creative and engaging crafts, puzzles and toys combined into an age range or theme, making them a more affordable option than purchasing all the products separately.

As well as our themed bags, we are a proud stockist of Miniland Educational products, who have been creating skill-based toys for over 50 years. Busy Little Bosses has plenty of activities to keep little hands busy, developing brains thinking and eyes away from screens!
